De Graafschap has strengthened its squad with the addition of Ted Rooijendijk. The 22-year-old forward is joining from KRC Genk and will be part of De Graafschap Vrouwen starting next season. Rooijendijk began her career at UDI '19 in Uden, where she showcased her talent early on. In 2022, she joined the youth academy of Fortuna Sittard, where she quickly developed. In March 2024, she made her official debut for Fortuna Sittard in the KNVB Cup against FC Utrecht. After an injury and Fortuna Sittard's relegation from the Women's Eredivisie, she continued her career at KRC Genk. Now, she is choosing a new adventure with De Graafschap Vrouwen. Ted commented on her transfer: “The ambition, passion, and mentality of De Graafschap appeal to me greatly. I look forward to contributing to this special club.” The club warmly welcomes Ted to Doetinchem and wishes her much success in the blue and white.
